The location of this hotel is fantastic, right in the centre of Napoli. It's just down the street from the metro station and close to all the major transportation hubs. The hotel facilities were modern and contemporary, with electronic key cards for each room. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The breakfast provided was simple but delicious, with a variety of options including fresh coffee, yoghurts, fresh fruit, and juices. The staff were very hospitable and helpful, giving suggestions and answering any questions I had.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are affordable and reasonable. The attention to detail is evident in the basic amenities provided, such as the rooms with a balcony and a proper hairdryer. The softer, warmer lighting in the rooms adds to the cozy atmosphere. The location is fantastic, close to the port for easy access to Capri, and conveniently next to the metro station and Bovio bus stop.
No improvements needed, everything was just fine.

Excellent communication with staff. Good location near ferry terminals, Spacconapoli area, pizza street, square, and bar. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Quiet with minimal street noise. Convenient amenities like iron and breakfast with various options. Would stay again.

The room and bathroom at Civico 7 were spacious and beautifully renovated. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions on foot. She made our stay more fun with her knowledge and passion for the city. We would definitely love to come back to this place!
